This Creator Privacy Notice explains how Hyperstar collects, uses, and manages personal information about content creators (influencers) whose public profile data appears on our platform. This notice applies to creators on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms whose publicly available information is indexed by Hyperstar to facilitate brand partnerships and influencer marketing campaigns. We are committed to handling creator data responsibly and transparently.
Hyperstar collects the following categories of publicly available information about creators from their social media profiles:
Hyperstar processes creator information on the basis of legitimate interest, as permitted under Article 15 of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Our legitimate interest is to operate an influencer marketing discovery platform that connects brands with creators for mutually beneficial commercial partnerships. We have assessed that this processing does not override the fundamental rights and interests of creators, given that only publicly disclosed information is collected and the purpose is directly related to creators' professional activities.
The creator information we collect is used solely to power our platform's discovery and matching features. Specifically, we use this data to enable our brand and agency clients to search for and identify relevant creators for their marketing campaigns, to display creator profiles within the Hyperstar platform, to provide audience and engagement analytics to our clients, and to facilitate outreach and collaboration between brands and creators. We do not use creator data for advertising targeting unrelated to the platform's core function.
We retain creator profile data for as long as the information is publicly available on the respective social media platform and as long as it is necessary for the operation of our Service. Creator data is reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in public profile information. When a creator's profile is no longer publicly accessible or a valid deletion request is received, we will remove the data within 10 business days.
Creator profile information is made accessible to Hyperstar's registered brand and agency clients for the purpose of campaign planning and outreach. We do not sell creator data to third parties or share it for purposes unrelated to influencer marketing. We may share data with our service providers and sub-processors solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

As a creator whose information appears on our platform, you have the following rights:
Creators who wish to have their profile removed from the Hyperstar platform may submit a deletion request by emailing privacy@hyperstarai.com. Please include your name, the social media platform(s) on which your profile appears, and your account username(s) so we can locate and remove your data accurately. We will process all valid deletion requests within 10 business days of receipt and confirm completion by reply email.
