This document is the standard notice form for the optional "Marketing Communications Consent" that users may separately choose to provide during Hyperstar account registration. This consent is not a required condition for registration, and declining it will not result in any restrictions on your use of the service.
This consent is collected pursuant to Article 50 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (the "Network Act") and Article 22-2 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.
The information collected under this consent will be used to send Hyperstar product updates, new feature announcements, newsletters, event and promotional information, and other marketing materials.
Email address, name, and company name. Collection is limited to the minimum information necessary for marketing communications from the details you provided at registration.
Your information will be retained until you withdraw your membership or express a wish to opt out of marketing communications. You will be removed from marketing distribution immediately upon opting out.
You have the right to refuse this consent. Refusing will not result in any disadvantage to your account registration or use of the service.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive, or by notifying us of your intent to withdraw at privacy@hyperstarai.com.
In accordance with Article 50, Paragraph 3 of the Network Act, Hyperstar will not send commercial advertising messages between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM the following morning without separate prior consent.
